Because our products are food-grade and made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns. But we’re here to make sure you’re happy with your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do this to ensure the purity, safety, and freshness of each item. Please double-check your order before placing it to make sure you’ve selected the right blends and toppings.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at buttercupbotanicalco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you believe your package was lost in transit, please reach out—we’re happy to help you track it down or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
