Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Buttercup Botanicals! We do our best to make sure your botanical blends and toppings arrive safely, quickly, and beautifully packaged. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

✅ Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches and typically ship within 2–5 business days. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship using a variety of trusted carriers to find the most affordable and reliable option for your order. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🏠 Local Pickup & In-Person Options

If you're located in Northwest Arkansas and would like to arrange local pickup or an in-person meet-up, we'd love to make that happen!

We'll coordinate a time and location that works — whether at a farmers market, craft fair, or a convenient meetup spot. This helps us keep things flexible and community-focused.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist you with tracking it down or filing a claim with the carrier.

📝 Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it. Once the order is in transit, we can’t make changes or reroute it.
