3. Orders & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Square, Cash App, Venmo). We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment unless otherwise stated. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier disruptions.

Buttercup Botanicals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food-grade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
